KTG Delivers Mission-Critical Support on State Department Real Property and Design Projects

08/2025

The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC (KTG) is proud to be supporting the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Administration, Office of Operations (A/OPR), under the Office Support Services (OSS) task order. Through this effort, KTG is providing specialized expertise that directly impacts how the Department manages its real estate footprint and designs critical workspaces across its domestic portfolio.

Some of KTG’s core work includes two essential roles: Realty Specialists and Interior Designers/Furniture Specialists—professionals who help shape everything from leasing strategy to executive office design.

Strategic Real Property Support

KTG’s Realty Specialists are embedded with the Department’s Office of Real Property Management (RPM), where they handle complex responsibilities involving property acquisition, lease negotiations, and long-range space planning.

These experts work hand-in-hand with Department leadership and external partners such as the Government Services Administration (GSA) and military agencies to plan, acquire, and manage real property assets. They play a pivotal role in drafting technical documents, evaluating housing and space needs, conducting cost analyses, and contributing to policy decisions that affect the Department’s long-term property strategy.

Our Team ensures that every project—from lease renewal to new construction—is aligned with mission needs, legal authorities, and operational efficiency.

Designing for Diplomacy

On the design front, KTG’s Interior Designers and Furniture Specialists are leading the way in creating high-performance environments tailored to the unique needs of diplomatic operations.

Whether designing secure conference rooms for senior officials or planning the reconfiguration of open workspaces, KTG’s designers manage projects from concept to completion. They coordinate space plans, develop furniture specifications, and ensure that every design reflects both the Department’s functional requirements and its representational character.

From AutoCAD schematics to budget planning, KTG’s team provides end-to-end support—often traveling to conduct site assessments and collaborating with stakeholders across facilities, security, and design divisions.

Delivering Results that Matter

The work that our Team provides may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is far-reaching. The ability of the Department of State to operate effectively—across hundreds of facilities and changing requirements—depends on precise, professional support in real property and design.

KTG’s team is proud to play a part in that mission.

“Our team brings not only deep technical expertise, but also a real understanding of the mission,” says KTG Division Director, Dave Bull. “Every lease signed, every space designed—it’s about enabling diplomacy to happen more effectively.”

As the DOS OPR OSS contract continues, KTG remains committed to excellence in service, innovation in delivery, and unwavering support for those working on the front lines of American diplomacy.
